I went to sleep with a thought that this would be over, but noticed that Task Manager was still showing 70-80% usage on its' startup. Though, it was not even close to being the end. In the first moments of noticing I downloaded malwarebytes, and to my surprise, it DID find some of the trojans that Avast could not find.

I have already detected the virus: they were trojans and files like nCoreManager.exe, Trojan.BitCoinMiner, Trojan.Backdoor.
